Wax & Varnish Remover

1 c Perfex cleaner

1 c Sal soda

1 qt hot water. (I used 2 qts water and kept it boiling hot.)

Use scrub brush to put it on with and scrub.  And Chore Boy or girl to remove wax in stuborn places.  Probably have to wash brush and dish rag out with real hot water from faucet as it will get so it will not clean.

For larger items, Lillian uses 1 box (large) Perfex, 1 box Sal Soda (larger size) to a metal pail of hot water.

When all done, clean out real well the scrub brush and wash in strong soap suds.  Rinse good in clear hot water.  It helps to rinse item when removing varnish in real hot water, then you can tell if you are getting all the varnish off.
